Both the Steddy and Varizoom series can be fixed onto an indepemdent
universal swivel stand with either a table clamp or rectangular base.
Alternativelym they can be fitted directly onto a universal stand that includes
a heavy circular base. For both models of microscope simply purchase the
required optical head and the focussing device of the specified model
and then include the type of stand. This allows for much greater working
distance and is especially useful when viewing large samples.
